I’ve always been curious about how things work—how people move, how the body responds to stress, and how small changes can make a big difference. That curiosity led me to massage therapy and grew into work I genuinely love.
For me, this is about more than massage. It is about meeting people where they are, understanding that every body has a story, and creating an experience where you can slow down, breathe, and feel supported.
As an Army veteran with a BA in Psychology and a master’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science in progress, I see wellness as connected. Massage does not replace mental health care, but easing physical tension and supporting nervous-system regulation can create more space for rest, awareness, and emotional well-being.
I’m still learning, still evolving—and honestly, that is one of my favorite parts of the journey.
